What we collect

• Your first name and email address
• Your quiz answers: focus area, needs, preferred support type and timing
• Any notes you choose to share. These may include information about your health or personal circumstances, so please share only what you're comfortable with.
• Whether you've agreed to be contacted, and the specialists you were matched with
• Basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) that our hosting provider needs to keep the site running securely

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To show your matches, and to keep a record of your submission so your results link keeps working. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
• To contact you and make an introduction, only if you tick the box. Lawful basis: consent.
• To handle any health information you share in your notes. Lawful basis: your explicit consent, which you give by choosing to include it.
• To improve our service using anonymised, aggregated quiz trends. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• A specialist, but only once you've agreed to an introduction to her, and only the details she needs.
• Our technology providers, who host the website and database securely on our behalf under data processing agreements. Some may process data outside the UK; where that happens, appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement) are in place.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep quiz submissions for 24 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• have it corrected or deleted
• restrict or object to how we use it
• data portability
• withdraw your consent at any time

Security

Your data is stored in a secure, access-controlled database. Only The Momentum Match can view quiz submissions.
